Web3 Corporate Infrastructure Manager

This role is currently remote as a result of Covid.  Will consider candidates from any USA location.  When safe to return to the NY office, where possible, local employees will be given the option for partial onsite return.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong corporate infrastructure manager who is a motivated candidate looking to join the blockchain revolution. Candidates will be working on the installation, creation, maintenance, and project build out of systems that are core to Lukka. This role doesn’t stop at infrastructure and will house the development and design of the Lukka website from layout to function and user experience. Candidates will be communicating with multiple stakeholders, including technology partners, senior management and customer facing groups just to name a few. Who we need

• Knowledge of Google Workspaces setup and best practices - Gmail, Groups, Docs
• Familiarity with Identity providers like Okta, Auth0, and JumpCloud
• Ability to set up, configure, troubleshoot SAML applications
• Familiarity with MDMs (JAMF, Mobile Iron, Moslye)
• Ability to implement policies based on best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot issues based on policies and best practice
• Knowledge Apple's suite of business tools
• Apple Business Manager - The Apple Ecommerce Site
• Provide IT Support
• Broad knowledge of IT support issues - Machine/workspace set-up, Configuration issues, testing and debugging, back-end troubleshooting
• Web development and design - HTML/CSS skills, JavaScript skills, search engine optimization
• Ensure Lukka infrastructure follows industry security best practice & policies
• Attention to Detail - Strong Analytical skills
• Management Skills – excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage Lukka’s  IT initiatives
• Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills to strategize, plan and collaborate with all levels of colleagues.
• 5-10 yrs experience relevant work experience
• 2-4 yrs managing infrastructure projects
