Concept Art House is hiring a Web3 Corporate Paralegal
Compensation: $49k - $75k estimated

Concept Art House is searching for a Corporate Paralegal to support the internal General Counsel. You will be responsible for coordinating numerous corporate law, regulatory and administrative activities. The Paralegal will execute on transactional and contracting drafting. The position will require administrative support to the General Counsel, including but not limited to, day-to-day functions such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar, drafting documents and other administrative tasks.
What you will do:
- Drafting standard contracts; including confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, etc.
- Preparing and editing legal correspondence regarding contract matters, including coordinating distribution of contract versions to counter-parties
- Assisting with corporate matters, including organization and management of corporate documents ( company's stock option plan) in an electronic filing system
- Coordinating with in-house and outside counsel on specific legal issues, and organization of research files
- Maintaining department calendar with deadlines drawn from general litigation, immigration, IP, corporate, tax, etc.
- Managing all internal contracts and filings in database
- Partnering with technical colleagues to set up and automate processes and improve organizational efficiency
- Reviewing and process invoices from outside counsel and legal vendors

What skills you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Paralegal certificate required
- 3+ years of paralegal in a law firm or in-house
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters
- Experience with transactional and contract drafting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to operate and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful remote environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Passion and experience in Web3, NFT, Crypto is a plus
