Web3 Corporate Trainer

RECUR is seeking a Trainer to join its Customer Experience team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company where you will have the opportunity to showcase your personality and passion through engaging virtual training. You will own the training of our caring Customer Experience Analysts from hire to rehire and assist in building what the future of training looks like at RECUR.

What you will do at RECUR

• Virtually facilitate new hire, specialty skills, uptraining and as needed classes
• Be the SME on our business and go to for anything training
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
• Maintaining existing training materials and developing new materials based on ad-hoc needs
• Schedule appropriate training sessions
• Provide post-training support to learners that ensures practical use of gained competencies
• Establish relationships and communication between all relevant teams
• Create open communication for team members to provide feedback
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training

What you will bring to RECUR

• 2+ years of training experience
• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Uses adult learning theories in facilitation
• Energy, passion and creativity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to embrace change
• Excellent team player with strong leadership skills

Gold Stars

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, finance or related field
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude
• Background in cryptocurrency or crypto assets
• Use of Zendesk
