Web3 Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to join the marketing team. The Creative Director will be an integral part of managing and steering the direction of the Avalanche brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead internal teams and partner with external agencies to develop the creative direction for the Avalanche brand that cohesively brings together the brand mission, vision, and voice
• Manage and mentor a group of creatives to ensure creative excellence across all new business and active campaigns, while helping each direct report learn and grow in their abilities
• Collaborate with other departments in the company and own campaigns
• Develop and execute the visual brand communication for the company, providing art direction to build awareness and grow our presence in the industry
• Streamline processes and accelerate team's output
• Elevate current design capabilities
• Have a deep understanding of our brand values and working >

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing a team
• Proven track record of delivery in rapid pace/high-growth environments
• Experience working cross-functionally teams
• Must have mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
• Experience with UI/UX design
• Experience with vendor management, brand marketing
• Creative and curious mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Nice to have: experience with Monday.com/similar project management tool and Figma
