Web3 Creative Director (m/w/d), REMOTE

The Role

As Creative Director the peaq brand will be your baby. You’ll have the responsibility to nurture and develop the brand over time and make sure that it is consistent across all touchpoints. Your role will be part creative, part management and part quality assurance.

You will be responsible for all visual content, whether static or dynamic. You will manage a team of creators but you should be able to fit in to fill in whenever necessary, especially in the first months. You will be responsible for setting up a distributed team and will work closely with our founders on everything related to the brand and story, product decks and investments decks and with our social media teams for all graphic content.

Tasks

• Creating all visual content, whether static or dynamic;
• Recruiting and hiring a decentralised creative team capable of creating all kinds of content for all peaq channels;
• Managing and being responsible for the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team; you are setting the bar for creative excellence;
• Working together with cross-functional teams and our founders to further tell the story of the peaq brand;
• Ensuring designs and content reflect consistently and positively with the brand image and company ideals;
• Working across a number of projects simultaneously, acting as both, individual contributor and team manager to execute.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Substantial professional experience in graphic and video. Please apply with a portfolio that showcases this;
• +3 years professional experience in a creative, leading role;
• Strong storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experienced with a variety of software programs including Figma, Photoshop, Keynote and others;
• Knowledgeable in web design, especially WebFlow;
• Willingness to help where needed, regardless of your role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional background in the crypto industry;
• Previous experience hiring, growing, and leading a team.
