Crypto Operations Senior Associate

This role will be responsible for the operational functions to support activity in digital assets, along with traditional asset classes including equities, futures and derivatives. This role will touch upon several parts of the trade cycle: Trade Confirmation, Booking, Settlements, Reconciliations, and Post-Trade Management. This role requires strong understanding and use of technology and business concepts. Extensive interactions with different departments is a core responsibility.

• Manage implementation and onboarding of new products in digital assets space
• Work with different departments (Tax, Accounting, Technology, Trading Desk etc.) to design and implement flows and controls
• Maintain wallet addresses and whitelists
• Manage daily wallet and exchange movements
• Trade confirmations and settlements (digital as well as traditional assets)
• Trade/Position exception review and resolution
• Understand DeFi opportunities and work with the Investment Team to implement and track
• Track token generation dates and vesting schedules
• Manage operational relationships with outside parties (admins, vendors etc.)
