Description
Nova-X (NXCE) plays an important role in making investment accessible to the mass-market by providing users with a simple to use financial services platform that covers exchange services such as buying and selling crypto assets and an investment ecosystem to support users with investing in crypto to generate passive income.
As part of our growth we are looking for the core people to help build up this company. A huge part of that is the customer success team, the link between the platform and our clients. As a Crypto Senior Client & Operations Specialist, you will report to the Director of Customer Success and together implement the long-term strategy of the company. The initial steps will involve preparation to launch a great client self-help tool, assist them with their onboarding and investing activities (trading, making transfers, staking etc) and staying in touch with the clients through the community channels we set up.
You get the rare opportunity to help build from scratch a new crypto exchange that is fully compliant, innovative and easy-to-use. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering a superb customer experience as well as have a strong drive for process optimization and automation.
Responsibilities
- You will assist our customers during the entire customer lifecycle, starting from the moment they become prospects until the moment they are fully using their accounts (onboarding and KYC);
- When customers are fully ready to invest their assets, you will assist them with the platform, transfers (fiat, crypto), staking, amongst others;
- You will translate client’s requests to the internal departments that are responsible for the daily operations of NOVA-X Europe;
- You will support the compliance team by operating risk controls and performing initial investigations and due diligence when needed;
- Develop and manage, enhance the self-help FAQ database;
- Actively manage our community channels, staying in touch with clients and their thoughts; being on top of the current market trends and promoting company events;
- Assist with preparation of analysis, reports;
- Observe and think ahead, how the platform can be improved, become more efficient and user friendly while keeping customer satisfaction high.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field;
- 2+ years experience with crypto exchanges;
- Experience operating risk management software (e.g. Transaction monitoring) is an advantage;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbal, is a must;
- Experience with front facing teams (sales, customer service, hospitality) is an advantage;
- Start-up mentality, tech savvy, hands-on, goal oriented, able to work independently and has a drive to achieve big results;
- Drive to eliminate all repetitive work within the organisation;
- Enthusiastic, curious, motivated and reliable;
- Pro-active in identifying improvements;
- Leader and team player.
