Web3 Demand Generation Director

Responsibilities:

  • Build a world-class marketing organization at Bitgo.
  • Build monthly and yearly budgets to ensure the sales team is getting enough leads to meet revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to lead and work with creative / design / content teams that tell amazing stories.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and multiple agencies successfully.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales to optimize usage, collect product feedback, and present solutions to help customers solve their challenges using BitGo
  • Partner with the Sales team throughout the customer lifecycle to prevent churn and ensure renewals

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience with hands-on marketing success in the technology or finance sectors
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven ability to be able to start, manage and grow marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Proven ability to create, execute and manage large marketing budgets across multiple channels.
  • Analytical ability to quickly and coherently articulate how successful a campaign is performing.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to owning responsibilities with strong accountability to delivering outcomes
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities, creative problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services, cryptocurrency trading, custody space preferred
