Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with projects and our rapidly expanding community of external developers.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our vision, strategy, and the intricacies of our technical stacks. Effectively communicate these aspects to diverse audiences.
- Design and implement programs to drive adoption of the Cere Ecosystem. This includes establishing bounty and grants programs to encourage developer contributions and engagement.
- Planned, oversaw, and attended online and offline hackathons to promote developer interaction and ecosystem growth.
- Collaborate with the community to enhance the Cere ecosystem, integrating feedback and suggestions into development.
- Utilize your creativity to attract more projects and developers, expanding our community's reach and impact.
- Oversee and coordinate the efforts of other community managers, ensuring aligned and effective community engagement strategies.
- Effectively translate technical requirements into business objectives and vice versa, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prior experience in similar roles, particularly in Web3 projects, demonstrating effective developer engagement and community growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. You should enjoy collaborating with others and be skilled at fostering positive working relationships.
- Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups, both internal and external.
- Comfort with growing and managing vibrant communities. This includes active engagement with community members across both online and offline platforms.
