Web3 Digital Asset Operations

JST is a global financial services firm focused on digital assets that provides financial solutions to institutional investors / blockchain & related companies..Founded by a group of highly experienced traders, risk managers & sales professionals from traditional finance, our team provides sophisticated financial products & services to a broad range of clients in the digital ecosystem.

We are currently looking for a full time Cryptocurrency operations specialist

Working in our midtown NY office, this role will provide support to JST's trading & sales teams domestically & abroad

After a certain period of time working on site, the opportunity for this position to become more hybrid will be considered..

Responsibilities

• Confirm & settle trades with clients & work to improve our reporting, confirmation & reconciliation processes
• Produce trade execution & data reports
• Move assets between accounts & digital wallets & record this data for our internal systems
• Validate trade execution & produce end of time trade summaries
• Ensure day to day & monthly accuracy of various accounts & perform any necessary reconciliation
• Manage data for internal & external reporting
• Ad hoc operational tasks as required to support global trading function

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Math, Finance, Business, Accounting or similar field
• Working knowledge of accounting & reconciliation systems, ideally with additional specific knowledge of derivatives
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, results driven environment
• Entrepreneurial perspective with interest in optimizing all operations at the firm
• Good verbal & written communications skills
• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies & blockchain technology

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of back/middle office experience working specifically with derivative products for digital assets & traditional currencies
• Deep knowledge of futures & options markets
• Practical experience at other digital asset companies
