Fractal is searching for a rockstar content creator to produce stand-out content for the biggest web3 games.
We need a creative all-rounder who is comfortable with video, motion and graphic design. The work is highly varied and creatively challenging – you’ll be the artistic mind behind all of the visual content on Fractal’s website and social media.
This is a contracted role and you’ll be compensated for each completed project.
What You Will Do:
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to craft clear content messaging
- Produce compelling hype teasers for our game partners, which reflects their unique brand and project (eg. EFAS, Angrymals, Legends of Aria, Honeyland, Galactic Goons, ev.io)
- Create client-specific videos, GIFs and graphics to be used on Fractal’s website, social media and blog
- Craft product videos to promote Fractal’s services (eg. Sign In with Fractal, Fractal Now Takes Credit Cards! and Fractal NFT Metagame)
- Edit long form interview content with partners (eg. see this playlist)
- Upload content to YouTube, including writing descriptions and creating thumbnails
Who You Are:
Creative: we want unique, engaging content that’ll pop (even if you sometimes have limited source material).
Organized: as our go-to for all visual content needs, you’ll need to juggle and prioritize multiple projects, requests and feedback at any one time.
Flexible: we need content on an ad hoc basis and we need it quickly, so you’ll need to be agile.
Collaborative: you’ll need excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage with our clients and respond to feedback.
Self-Motivated: you’ll manage your own workflow so you must be able to work autonomously.
Your Skills:
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent software, eg. DaVinci Resolve, Affinity Designer, etc)
- Video editing and production
- Motion design
- Graphic design
Nice to Have, But Not Essential:
- Copywriting experience
- YouTube SEO skills
