Liquid is hiring a Web3 Digital & Customer Lifecycle Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Digital & Customer Lifecyclein our Singapore or Ho Chi Minh offices to advise and support the product marketing strategy and implementation of new product features of our platform, LIQUID.
We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding for how to utilize educational, promotional and transactional campaigns across email, push and mobile notification channels in order to drive conversions and customer loyalty. This role will be highly cross-functional, working with Product and Design to unify communications across owned channels and collaborating with Data to measure and improve efficacy of communications.

Responsibilities
- Utilize educational, promotional and transactional campaigns across email, push and mobile notification channels in order to drive conversions and customer loyalty.
- Develop customer targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies to maximize signup conversion rate (top of funnel) and retention (bottom of funnel); immediate focus will be on top of funnel.
- Lead marketing automation and triggers to engage and convert prospects and customers across the customer journey using transactional, promotional, and educational content strategies.
- Conduct benchmarks and comparisons against competition and their products to identify company’s position
- Partner closely with cross functional teams to execute product launches and ongoing marketing programs
- Conceptualize effective online and offline collaterals to drive demand for the product
- Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve conversion rate, retention, and trader loyalty.
- Providing support for ongoing adoption of new and existing product offerings
Requirements
- Proven record in lifecycle marketing experience preferably in cryptocurrency, online forex trading platforms or Fintech products
- Has experience in driving consumer growth and engagement in product or marketing functions
- Strong systems thinking skills - can plan out complex lifecycle strategies and execute them
- Ability to take abstract outcomes/directives and build concrete plans to take us there via lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate product positioning
- Ability to convince members of the team to drive key business objectives
- Able to convey convincing and clear messages about the benefits we can offer being aware of competitor products
- Knowledge of digital currencies or the fintech ecosystem preferred
