About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Growth Assistant who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Regional Growth team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our growth initiatives in Vietnam. Interested? Keep on reading!
What you’ll be working on:
- Assisting users in completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Addressing user inquiries about account verification and guiding them through the documentation process.
- Working with the Growth Ops team to implement and support local marketing campaigns aimed at increasing user engagement and acquisition.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing feedback to optimize future initiatives.
- Translating and localizing marketing materials, educational content, and platform updates for the Vietnamese audience.
- Ensuring that all localized content is culturally relevant and accurate for the target market.
- Providing prompt and professional assistance to Vietnamese-speaking users via chat, email, and social media.
- Resolving user issues related to transactions, account access, and general platform use.
- Engaging with the Vietnamese crypto community across social media platforms and forums.
- Assisting in managing local community groups (e.g., Telegram, Discord) to build and maintain strong relationships with users.
- Providing feedback from the community to the internal team for product improvements and new feature suggestions.

About you:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interest and passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Previous experience in the crypto industry is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.
- Comfortable with online tools, crypto exchanges, and community management platforms like Telegram and Discord.
