Web3 Director, Global Activations

Opportunityfor Impact

  • Create strategic plans and execute programs that support lead generation and community engagement including: activations, webinars, ABX programming, public sector events
  • Partner effectively across the go-to-market and SLT teams by aligning and enabling on these programs
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of Activations and Marketing specialists
  • Ensure that our community understands the value of our products and the pace of our innovation through meaningful engagement
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to derive from activations impactful content, communications, and campaigns
  • Steward a data-driven strategy by establishing reporting and metrics for success
  • Gain a deep business understanding and ensure accurate decision-making through an agile mindset and aptitude for detail
  • Define the strategy and lead the Operations Council, driving impact across the org by unlocking operational efficiencies and improving organizational effectiveness

Role and Responsibilities

  • 10 years of experience in marketing, operations, and strategy in a B2B hypergrowth environment
  • 5 years of experience developing business strategies and managing cross-functional initiatives including working with executive stakeholders
  • 4 years of experience in people management
  • Experience in lead generation, events, webinars, product marketing, customer marketing
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and creative way
  • Ability to act as a dot connector, committed to identifying and unlocking organizational synergies, operational efficiencies, and building and improving on processes
  • Track record of organizing information to help structure decision-making processes and align and enable stakeholders
