Web3 Director of Structuring, Derivatives

BlockFi is looking for a Director of Structuring, Derivatives to join our growing team!

About Your Team

We’re looking for a Director of Structuring to help us launch into our next phase of growth. You’ll join our Institutional team and work in structuring, collaborating with trading, credit and sales. You’ll help grow our derivatives efforts in options, structured products and other derivatives.

Your Mission

• Help develop and execute a variety of structures in crypto derivatives
• Negotiate and execute ISDA and other agreements with institutional and private clients
• Work with clients directly to design, build and execute tailored structured solutions
• Build strong relationships with trading and sales to create and execute transactions
• Partner and collaborate with risk and legal teams
• Develop new structures and documentation as our derivatives business expands

Your Expertise

• 6-8 years of experience including either sell or buy side
• Good understanding and experience in derivatives transactions in credit, equity, FX or other asset classes
• Experience with ISDA and other derivatives documentation
• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of structured transactions
• Interest in cryptocurrency and enthusiastic about BlockFi's products
