Web3 Director, US Structuring (Core Product)

BlockFi is looking for a Director of Structuring to join our growing team!

About Your Team

We’re looking for a Director of Structuring to help us launch into our next phase of growth. You’ll join our Institutional team and work in structuring, collaborating with trading, credit and sales.

Your Mission

• Working with clients to directly design, build and execute structured solutions
• Develop new structures and documentation as the product mix expands
• Execute existing structures ranging from credit agreements to securitizations and derivatives
• Lead negotiations for BlockFi’s capital needs
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with trading and sales to create and execute transactions
• Coordination with other BlockFi global offices to ensure smooth running of projects with cross border aspects

Your Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of structured transactions
• Experience with credit agreements, structured products, TRS and ISDA
• 7-9 years of experience including both sell or buy side
• Experience with fund structures or rating agencies a plus
• Interest in crypto currencies and enthusiasm about BlockFi’s products
