In this role, you will lead a talented team of technical writers focused on developing and maintaining the customer and developer documentation that allow Chainalysis users to fully realize the value of our products. A background like this helps:

• 5+ years experience as a technical writer, UX writer, or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience as a manager.
• Proven work experience managing a team of technical writers.
• Excellent writer and communicator with extreme attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to work across departments.
• Confidence in executing tasks independently and working with remote team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and make independent judgments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
• Experience managing a knowledge base for multiple software as a service (SaaS) products.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with B2B, fintech, or especially, cryptocurrency products.
• You have previously worked on technical products and data visualizations.
