Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a passionate Dutch Speaking Consultant to join our Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Technology Department. In this cutting-edge role, you will guide clients through the complexities of cryptocurrency solutions and blockchain technology. You will assist in educating businesses on the benefits and applications of these innovative technologies, enabling them to make informed decisions for their operations. Your exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency landscape will be crucial in providing tailored support to our clients, help them navigate regulatory challenges, and identify opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology solutions, providing expert advice in Dutch.
• Assist clients in understanding the practical applications and benefits of blockchain in their businesses.
• Support clients with compliance and regulatory questions related to cryptocurrency transactions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on cryptocurrency usage and blockchain fundamentals.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance our cryptocurrency products and services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market developments in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology principles and applications.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or a similar role within the cryptocurrency or tech fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset with experience in assessing client needs and providing strategic advice.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
