Web3 eCommerce Site Ops Associate

SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for a specialized Associate, eCommerce Site Ops to join the Operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that global online content for all key programs, launches, and moments/occasions are developed and distributed on a timely basis across the organization. You will support the eCommerce Team audits, QA, and user testing on our site to ensure that content and merchandising best practices are being followed. They will also act as the liaison for marketing site content updates and general maintenance.

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Own the quarterly marketing site content update process, including identifying and removing assets and copy for discontinued content and distributing updated content to regional & affiliate teams in a timely manner
  • Regularly perform user testing across the site and flag any areas of concern to the Head of eCommerce for resolution
  • Assist teams across the organization in QA’ing new site experiences or templates, product launches or discontinuations, and other needs on an ad hoc basis
  • Assist with building new site pages, modules, or templates that can be distributed to global markets for localization




WHO ARE YOU?

  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of e-commerce, with an interest in sports, entertainment, and/or digital marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects and deliverables; strong organization skills and attention to detail are critical
  • Proactive, can-do, solution-oriented attitude and a strong ownership mentality; ability and willingness to learn quickly on-the-job
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A functional understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.
  • Some experience with internet tools (e.g. content or asset management systems, web design platforms, HTML) is strongly preferred
  • Straight forward problem solving and critical thinking abilities
  • A growth mindset
  • Previous financial services or start-up experience
  • Ease at presenting your work and explaining design decisions
  • A love of sports, collectibles, blockchain & crypto, and/or collectibles!
