Our seed funding round raised ~$22Mn from Sequoia Capital, Dara Khosrowshahi (CEO, Uber), Tony Xu (CEO, Doordash), Marcelo Claure (ex-CEO, Softbank International), and other prominent angel investors.

Zamp is currently in the early stages of its development, providing engineers with a unique opportunity to build a new infrastructure platform from scratch. The company values first principles thinking, long-term vision, and short-term delivery.
As an engineering manager at Zamp, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technical vision while also rolling up your sleeves to contribute to the hands-on development of our cutting-edge products or services. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers while maintaining your technical expertise and contributing to projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is excited about being a part of groundbreaking solutions.
What we are actively looking for:
- 10+ years of proven experience in Engineering and software development
- Fintech experience and Startup experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align engineering efforts with business objectives and customer requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A strong passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for continuous learning and professional development
