What you'll do
- Be the expert in the team and business, able to understand and resolve all detailed queries around trading positions, risk, reconciliation and PnL.
- Work closely with developers to build new products or resolve existing issues.
- Be responsible for Exchange daily BAU ( config, trading fee setting, funds transfer, market risk management and etc )
- Manage token listing, token delisting and token research
- Prepare and present weekly OKR reports
- Assist marketing maker management
- Maintain crypto exchange liquidity and troubleshoot any client issues
What we expect from you
- 1-4 years experience in crypto exchange operations related role
- Knowledge of crypto is a must
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders well
- You have a true passion for mission for financial inclusion across Southeast Asia and beyond
