Web3 Executive Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Compensation: $63k - $90k estimated

About the Executive Administrative Assistant Position:

We are a quickly growing company with several newly created EAA positions available. We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistants to provide support to multiple Corporate Executives, VPs, and Directors in a variety of departments. This position requires the ability and willingness to act proactively and without constant guidance while understanding the company's needs and adhering to its policies. A high level of organization and a meticulous nature is a must.

This is a fully remote position that requires a strong internet connection and basic remote work supplies to get started. Splinterlands equips EAAs with needed equipment after a brief trial period. Eastern or Central time zone availability required for most positions.

Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) responsibilities are:

  • Help to establish contact between the executives and employees/clients and manage information flow between departments.
  • Coordinate all meetings and communication.
  • Draft meeting agendas and meeting notes
  • Track all to-do items & tasks generated in meetings and follow up on them to completion.
  • Manage executive's email inbox, ensuring items are not overlooked
  • Draft email and other communication for executives
  • Work collaboratively with other EAAs on group projects
  • Manage time in solo work.
  • Data entry and extensive work in excel sheets
  • Manage virtual files.


Executive Administrative Assistant requirements are:

  • 3+ years' experience of working as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Extensive experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as Google Suite.
  • Outstanding MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; technical and remote-work proficiency a must.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree.
