TL;DR: Agora.xyz is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) based in the Philippines to provide high-level support to our leadership team. As an EA, you’ll be a force multiplier, ensuring our executives’ time is optimized, priorities are managed, and operations run smoothly. About the role
The Executive Assistant will be the right hand to our leadership team, ensuring they can focus on high-impact work. This role combines calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, research, and operational support to keep our executives effective and efficient.
What you’ll be doing:
Time & priority management: Manage calendars, scheduling, and priorities to ensure executives are focused on the most important work
Inbox & communication support: Draft and respond to emails, messages, and documents on behalf of leadership, ensuring clear and professional communication
Travel & logistics coordination: Plan and coordinate travel, accommodations, and event participation
Research & special projects: Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with strategic initiatives

Process optimization: Identify and implement ways to improve executive workflows and efficiency
What we're looking for (Must-haves):
2- 3 years Experience in a similar role – preferably as an EA or remote assistant
Strong organizational skills – capable of managing multiple executives' calendars, inboxes, and travel
Proactive problem-solver – anticipates needs and addresses issues before they happen
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, ensuring clear and professional interactions
Empathy & relationship-building – understands the needs of the team, fostering strong relationships and anticipating challenges
Comfortable with ambiguity – capable of making informed decisions with limited information while proactively seeking clarity when needed

Can work EST or PST shifts - Your shift will be determined based on the executive you work most closely with. It will either be 9am-5pm Pacific or 9am-5pm Eastern. (You won’t be working 2 shifts, either EST or PST only)
Nice-to-haves:
Event coordination – experience planning team offsites, networking events, or speaking engagements

📈 You’ll receive a competitive salary of ₱50,000–₱55,000 per month (paid directly to you with no deductions), plus 13th-month salary🎄

Competitive salary
Laptop (if needed, after 90 days). You’re expected to have a computer that has enough processing power to join and record video calls, and an internet connection that is reliable and fast enough for this as well. If after 90 days, you need a faster laptop, Agora will provide one for you.
