OpenSea is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and operational tasks in support of one or more executive level managers. Responsibilities in this position will be wide ranging, and will primarily encompass, but will not be limited to, supporting Senior Leadership with calendar management, administrative tasks, internal and external communications and other day-to-day operational duties. The ideal candidate will have outstanding time management skills, professional communication skills (verbal, written), attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency. These characteristics are essential in the role, as this position will support the Senior Leadership team in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones. Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain is preferred.
Desired Experience: - Maintain calendars and assist with meeting scheduling and calendar management - Coordinate all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, and calls - Create meeting agendas and take meeting minutes - Communicate with internal and external partners on behalf of Senior Leadership - Help with various administrative and office duties as assigned - Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics - Assist in planning of professional events, off-sites and conferences - Maintain office supply inventory, coordinate ordering and delivery of supplies. - Manage, sort, and collate incoming messages from email and other messaging services
Skills/Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role; start-up or remote environment preferred - Proactive problem-solver with impeccable attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently with little direction - Poise under pressure and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interface with clients and colleagues - Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and think ten steps ahead - Master multi-tasker; capable of coordinating multiple executive calendars - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and G SuiteThrives in a fast-paced environment with an optimistic approach to work and lifeExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh level of professional integrity and confidentiality
