Web3 Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Leadership Team at Snickerdoodle Labs!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Function as a gatekeeper for the CEO, including email tracking and follow-ups, calendar management and presentation preparation
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner across multiple time zones
• Support the successful execution of project timelines, invoice remittance, expense reporting, travel arrangements and staffing processes across the organization
• Exercise good judgment and creative problem-solving skills to proactively facilitate efficient and positive office operations

Preferred Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional office environment
• Experience with GSuite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize contending tasks, manage interruptions, anticipate changing needs, and adjust priorities throughout the day

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with a start-up, remote work environment
• Personal Assistant experience
• An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
