Web3 Executive Assistant to the CEO

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant based in Palo Alto. As an Executive Assistant at BitGo, you will play an essential role as a strategic partner to help keep the executives and their teams engaged to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple calendars and scheduling.
• Make meetings more productive by facilitating, record action items and saving & organizing meeting recordings
• Occasionally Book meeting spaces and coordinate all hands events
• Think creatively to reduce company spending
• Triage, organize and label email
• Potentially represent the CEO by email and phone, based on readiness.
• Triage and organize our Slack comms channels
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and with accuracy. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Highly organized, self-starter and capable of working independently with little to no direct supervision through shifting priorities.
• Initiative to seek learning opportunities and take on new tasks/responsibilities
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
• Ability to learn new or updated software
