Web3 Executive Assistant to the CEO

SERV is rebuilding public safety in a decentralized, community-driven way on a blockchain platform designed to host decentralized public safety and security applications. Our goal is to encourage and facilitate the creation of applications that improve trust and privacy within communities, and we do this by building the technical tools that implement decentralized authentication, transparent data controls, and healthy incentive systems in every application in our ecosystem. What You Will Do

We are looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant (EA) to our founder and CEO, to work with a stellar executive team and play a critical role in building this vision from the ground up. You will own a variety of operationally critical tasks, including:

• Coordinate cross teams and key partners to manage special projects and shepherd them to completion
• Support CEO’s day-to-day operational needs proactively
• Track and monitor pending business issues for follow-up and execution
• Support recruitment operations and processes for people management
• Booking complex travel and managing logistics for leadership team
  
  

Requirements

You are a supercharged all-in-one doer, administrator, operator, and hyper-organized individual. You should have 3+ years experience in a very operational role with administrative support and able to demonstrate exceptional competency in at least two of the following areas, with specific examples:

• Mastery of organization
• Excellence in both verbal and written communication across teams and multiple cultures
• Basic financial support and analysis, such as bookkeeping
