Wynd Labs is hiring a Web3 Executive Assistant
Compensation: $70k - $100k
Location: ON Toronto, Ontario, Canada
$70k – $100k • No equity Your day-to-day: - Help review legal documents and manage support documentation to guide founder decisions
- You’ll have unlimited access to the founding team’s calendars, interactions, and thought process
- Attend all meetings with me so that you have the full context, take notes, and ensure action items are followed
- You’ll help manage the founder’s priorities and meetings, while fielding all of the founder’s communications, events, and coordinating events across both professional and work life
- Manage communications and relationships effectively to help build strong partnerships
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for the company to optimize collaboration and operate effectively
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
What skills you need: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity
- Highly organized
- High initiative
- Great first principles thinker
- High EQ
- Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working in a high output team.
