Web3 Executive Producer (Gods Unchained)

Gods Unchained (GU) is a complex, multilayered strategic TCG that allows users the ability to build decks and play those against other players in a variety of game modes.

With our continued success, we are now looking for an Executive Producer to join our highly talented team to take full accountability for the continued success and commercialisation of GU. This includes being responsible for leading GU's strategic, operational, and financial execution overall.

By partnering up with our incredibly talented Game Director, you will be able to lead all strategic aspects of the division with a unified approach that is aligned with Immutable's goals and values. This includes holding discipline directors and leads accountable for the quality and performance of their squads by effectively supporting the team and setting everyone up for success.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Take full accountability for the P&L of GU
• Lead the broader team on the game to deliver improved quality and experience that is consistent with the expectations of the business
• Oversee the development of the game and the expansion of features and content to surprise and delight our community
• Be accountable for determining objectives and key results whilst ensuring every member of the team is aligned on the goals and understands how they fit into achieving them
• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure all disciplines are aligned and provide the necessary resources for each new release
• Lead our marketing team to ensure our community understands and evangelises the goals of the game and are invested in the future roadmap
• Set a compelling and innovative vision, and being able to share this vision with excitement with confidence
• Enhance cross-functional, cross-departmental relationships
• Identify and promote efficient and innovative solutions to increase profitability
• Provide annual evaluations for direct reports and provide measurable growth goals and development plans
• Be responsible for hiring and training new employees whilst fostering and enhancing our company culture and external studio relations.
• Represent GU at the Executive level

We would love you to have:

• A passion in web 3
• 2-3 years of operational experience
• Keen interest in games and ideally experience with CCG/TCG's
• Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills
• An organised and analytical mindset to make difficult decisions
• A strong business acumen and the ability to lead by example
• A fearless persona - you are not afraid to fail and recognise taking risks sometimes comes with failure. What is more important is constantly iterating and improving based on this

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

• Experience and knowledge in web 3 or having ideas on how to make web 3 games better
• Understanding of the gaming space, or prior experience within it
• Management consulting or investment banking background

Gods Unchained (GU) is one of the worlds first NFT online trading card games led by Chris Clay (Former Game Director of Magic: The Gathering Arena).
