Web3 Expansion Manager (m/f/div)

We are looking for an experienced relationship builder with a passion for blockchain technology. As an expansion manager for a specific country or region, you will be on the ground engaging with the local crypto-ecosystem and drive our expansion in the respective region. In this role you will leverage your networking mindset and interpersonal skills to identify new business opportunities, represent Finoa at local events, and cultivate relationships with key partners. You will play a decisive role in pinpointing regional product-market fit. The right candidate will be faced with a wide range of challenging tasks, promising personal growth, and a steep learning curve in the exciting intersection of crypto and institutional investment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of relationships with the local crypto ecosystem participants, startups, consultancies, VCs/accelerators, fintechs and financial institutions • Support Finoa’s regional expansion by establishing valuable ecosystem partnerships. • Work with company leadership in Berlin to execute the local go-to-market strategy • Proactively seek out new business opportunities supported by market research • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Business Operations • Take ownership of cross-functional projects and lead initiatives that support Finoa’s regional growth. • Become a Finoa platform expert and brand ambassador<br/><br/>• Strong expertise and understanding of crypto/digital assets and the most recent developments shaping the ecosystem • 3+ years experience in a crypto startup, investment banking, consulting firm, or Fintech/NeoBank • Great in-person presence and confidence speaking about complex financial topics in a compelling way • Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and experience managing key relationships with important external stakeholders • Experience in expansion or new markets related role • Experience dealing with a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and one of the languages: French, Spanish or Portuguese.

• Willingness to travel, attend events, and to occasionally work from Berlin is required
