This is a fantastic, fixed-term contract maternity cover opportunity to join a rapidly expanding FinTech organisation, working with some amazing people within a fun environment.

You will bring some existing finance experience with you, along with a fresh approach to the planning and implementation of our global finance strategy here at Wirex.This exciting Financial Associate role will require you to undertake a variety of finance tasks. Key responsibilities of theFinance Associate role:

• Lead month end process, including presenting monthly financial performance to directors
• Take charge of all P&L items, ensuring everything is verifiable for any external reporting/audit
• Provide significant Finance & Accounting support to Wirex Singapore and/or Wirex USA, including building TB for audit purposes and in-depth financial analysis to aid decision making
• Oversee finance associates work, providing training & guidance when required
• Shared contribution for AP process
• Many Ad Hoc projects – Usually time pressured
• Provide assistance to Finance Manager & HOF with tasks including Financial Modelling, Budgeting & Forecasting, Compliance reports, FCA queries, Accounting & operational policies and Taxation.
  
  

Skills and experience required:

• You will be part-qualified or qualified by experience (i.e. have a minimum of 3 years+ demonstrable experience in a similar role).
• Lead month end process, including presenting monthly financial performance to directors
