Structure and negotiate deal terms ensuring alignment with RISE fund's risk appetite and return thresholds.

  • Due Diligence: Design and drive the end-to-end due diligence process across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory dimensions. Synthesize diligence findings into investment-grade analysis, stress-testing key assumptions, identifying material risks, and articulating mitigation strategies.

  • Investment Committee Preparation and Governance: Author and own Investment Committee memoranda, present investment recommendations directly to senior leadership, and maintain rigorous documentation standards across all Venture IC materials.

  • Portfolio Management and Value Creation: Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post-close, support Reporting Team with monitoring of financial and operational KPIs, and lead or contribute to follow-on investment assessments.

  • RISE Fund Platform Development: Drive the build-out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund’s Investment operating infrastructure, coordinate with the Expansion Team to improve Tether RISE fund’s strategy, and represent Tether RISE fund’s function in internal forums.

The Investment Manager also contributes directly to the maturation of the RISE fund platform—its processes, governance frameworks, and institutional positioning. This role involves mentoring junior team members and supporting talent development within the investment team.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
