Finance Manager at Web3 Hypergrowth Startup

Aethir is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in the decentralized cloud infrastructure industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial systems and processes, managing financial reporting, and providing strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting and a passion for the Web3 and gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage company Tokens and Wallets
• Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Oversee and manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with external financial partners, including banks, vendors, and auditors
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role
• English and Chinese Language Capability
• Full working rights in Singapore - EP cannot be provided
• Strong understanding of basic Web3 operations, like transferring tokens, using wallets, etc.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in the computer games industry preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Quickbooks or Xero.
