About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Head of Shared-Service Centre, you will be joining a close-knit HR team as a trusted advisor across the HR systems and HR operations. In this role, we count on you to proactively drive, design and strengthen our overseas office’s HR operations by working as an individual contributor as well as a team player, partnering closely with other HR specializations such as Global C&B, Group OD/TD, TA etc., promote the design and optimization of global HR policy system and process specifications, provide smooth implementation and execution in each region.
An ideal candidate is a trusted champion who masters outstanding ability within Human Resources laws and regulations in APAC, EU and USA; Possesses extensive experience in project management and global system construction; Plays a significant role as the bridge linking overseas markets with China team.
This role is a newly added headcount and will be based in the US.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work under global Shared-Service Centre to design and manage overseas HR Projects including HR Operations policies review, HR system enhancement, Rewards & Performance review and Benefits review, to cope with business development
  • Responsible for HR systems & database maintenance, work closely with group HRIS team and drive initiatives to supper overseas offices’ operations
  • Define, standardise and streamline the group’s HR operations procedures and align with regions
  • As the gate keeper on employee benefits, staff relocations and employee visa application management.
  • Ensure accurate record of employment contracts, agreements and data for regions
  • Manage HR requests from employees according to internal SLAs
  • Responsible for the design and optimization of global HR policies, including but not limited to: On-boarding and off-boarding, position change and personnel change, employee dispatch, etc.
  • Responsible for global HR compliance control, including but not limited to: Compliance policy output, empowerment and training, etc.
  • Responsible for global HR system requirements undertaking and implementation, including but not limited to: Core HR system, payroll system, holiday system, employee management system, etc.
  • Responsible for global HR data system construction, including but not limited to: Data Usage and operation rules design, data analysis, data quality control, etc, provide decision makers more perspectives and basis for decision-making, and empower the regions.

What We Look For In You:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
  • Solid experiences in leading HR Projects, experienced in regional or global role is a must
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment legislation (Global)
  • Experienced in compensation and benefits programs management
  • Strong Project Management and presentation skills
  • Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Well-organized with good leadership and team management skills
  • Able to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of global Internet background and international perspective

The salary range for this position is $191,000.00 to $286,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
