Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the growth team to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies.
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
• Support the implementation and optimization of growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Help create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the team.
• Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure a seamless user experience and identify areas for product growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, business development and operation, to drive growth initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and share insights with the team.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field in a top-tier university in Taiwan
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory, Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Prior experience or coursework in growth marketing or related fields is a plus.

• At least 2 onsite working days per week (half-day per shift is also acceptable)
• Internship duration at least 6 months
