What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for NeoReach’s very first Head of Crypto to hit the ground running and help us continue to build a vibrant, positive, and active community of creators who will help bring crypto to the world. Using your deep understanding of the latest crypto products and trends, you’ll create and execute the strategies that bring these ideas to market. You’ll build better understanding behind the motivations, needs, and opportunities for our clients with ideas that span NFTs, Web3, and more. If you’re deep into crypto, own a few NFT’s, spend your time on Twitter/Discord/Telegram, have lived through the bull runs and bear markets - you’re GMI. We want you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a cross-functional two-part role.
Part One is working with the NeoReach executive team in partnership with product management, marketing, legal, and other teams on a go-to-market strategy for new crypto products, features, and services for a creator-focused NFT project. We believe NFT’s and the future metaverse is a massive opportunity for the creator economy. We want to build something - together. We have some ideas - but we need a visionary to help us build this new future.
The second part is working with NeoReach’s existing (and future) client base on various crypto & NFT related marketing projects. This will include planning and executing go-to-market strategies for leading-edge crypto products, features, enhancements, and tokens by forming the positioning and messaging. Pivot from the micro-details on the ground up to the bigger picture macro view and back down again. Simply put - your greatest weapon is storytelling. You’ll be helping build influencer marketing campaigns for Web3/NFT/Crypto projects.
Responsibilities:
- Keep your thumb on the pulse of all things crypto/NFT. Willingness to stay on top of emerging trends and new projects across the space.
- Spend time in Discord/Telegram/Twitter.
- Work with the existing NeoReach team + select creators on new product iteration.
- Assist the influencer campaign team with campaign ideas/strategy, brand and influencer coordination, and other tasks that relate to influencer campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate product delivery and campaign timing.
- Identify and evaluate potential new creators.
- Assist with the creation of briefs and informational packets for influencers.
- Manage brand lists, client contacts, opportunities, pipeline, and agreements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entirety of the sales process.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to understand metrics and managing to KPIs
- Passionate about the Creator ecosystem
- Passionate about about the Web3/NFT/Crypto Ecosystem
- Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment
- Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and existing team members.
- Creator relationships and industry relationships a plus
