Let’s go!    Your mission As our Head of VIP Relationships, you will own and drive our VIP strategy across markets, ensuring sustainable customer growth, engagement, and revenue within the VIP segment. You will work closely with country management, marketing, product, compliance, and other global functions to deliver a best-in-class VIP experience within a regulated finance and crypto environment.   What you'll do 

Strategy & Growth: Define and execute a global VIP strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term lifetime value in alignment with regional and central goals. Value Proposition: Design and continuously optimize the VIP service model, onboarding journeys, and core value propositions to ensure a premium client experience. Leadership & Relationship Management: Lead and scale the relationship management team while personally overseeing high-value strategic accounts and acting as a senior escalation point. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to translate VIP insights into actionable initiatives and identify cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio. Compliance & Performance: Oversee VIP performance metrics and reporting while ensuring all activities strictly adhere to regulatory, KYC, and AML standards.

Proven experience in finance, trading, wealth management, or crypto Strong track record managing high-value or institutional client segments Commercially driven with excellent stakeholder and people-leadership skills Deep understanding of regulated environments and risk considerations High level of discretion, ownership, and seniority in client interactions
