Responsibiilites

  • Consult with company’s leadership and team members and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department, provide new ideas to improve corporate structure and human resource management
  • Be able to resolve complex issues and address grievances when necessary
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Understand compliance needs of various products and business, and coordinate with internal and external team (including legal team and external agents)
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Good budget planning skills


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HRBP
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Understand compliance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor and corporate compliance matters
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
  • Chinese speaking is a plus, though not a must


Logistics

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. We are able to provide visa sponsorship in some countries, and the possibilities can be discussed in interview process.

Our interview process takes place on Zoom/Google Meeting and consists of the following:

  • Test (Online test/Take-home assignment)
  • Recruiter call (15-30 minutes)
  • Team interview (45-60 mins)
  • Final interview (45 mins)
