What the day to day looks like:

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employees’ general HR enquiries;
• Provide daily HR operations for the Team, e.g. pre-onboarding preparation, on/off-boarding formalities, Personal file and staff information management, etc;
• Support the team in various research and data analysis forHR initiatives;
• Assist in global mobility administration, e.g. visa application and co-ordination, insurance handling, international transfer formalities, etc;
• Assist in C&B functions including leave record maintenance, Part-time salary calculation, medical insurance record maintenance, etc;
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Ideal candidate must have:

Requirements

• Higher Diploma and or Degree Holder in HRM related discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience;
• Well versed in HK employment ordinance;
• Proficient in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
• Good command of English and Cantonese;
• Self motivated with sense of urgency and can-do attitude.
