Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for employee’s On-Boarding, Off boarding and life cycle events and HR services.
• Employee benefits enrolment & termination
• Maintain & update the accuracy of employee data in the HRIS systems.
• Maintain and administer the company’s global HR system and tools.
• Responsible for work pass application, issuance, and renewal. Take charge of document collection and communication with employees throughout visa process
• Processing payroll preparation tasks such as the monthly payroll advise preparation and collation of supporting documentation
• Submission of statutory returns and claims e.g., CPF returns, NS Make-up Pay claims, Maternity claim etc.
• Coordinate ad hoc HR operational activities such as vendor registration and payment requests
• Assist with HR projects/ administrative tasks as required

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Minimum of one year experience in Human Resources.
• Basic knowledge of local labour law preferred
• Familiar with using HRIS Systems
• Huge attention to detail.
• Extremely well organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and processes
• Good team player in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates ability to work independently and multitask with strong delivery under tight timelines.
• Passionate individual with a strong start-up spirit and willingness to go beyond their scope of work
