Web3 Accounts Payable Staff

Bitcoin Depot is seeking an Accounts Payable Staff  who will be  responsible for processing payments which includes receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices for multiple companies. The ideal match will have experience successfully and accurately recording transactions in an accounting system and reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. This position requires the ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines, attention to detail, consistently display accurate and high-quality work, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively liaise across levels and departments in the organization and with key partners. Work Schedule: This is a hybrid role. You will work from our Sandy Springs office 2 days per week, with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week during periods dedicated to processing rent payments. Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM.  Responsibilities

Communicating payment discrepancies Check preparations from other departments Accurate date entry at high volume Processing refunds timely Processing payments timely Experience organizing volume Aide in any accounting deadline requests as needed Invoice coding assistance Electronically file all payables (invoice and credit card) backup timely with accurate naming conventions and detail

  Qualifications

1 + years of experience working in an account payable or similar role, processing invoices, working with cash, and managing volume towards internal periodic deadlines Must be proficient in data entry functions Must be organized, be accurate, and possess a strong attention to detail Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
