Discretionary Cryptocurrency Trader – Macro Strategies

We are partnering with a liquid crypto hedge fund seeking a Discretionary Cryptocurrency Trader to trade large-cap digital assets and crypto-linked equities from a pure discretionary perspective.

In this role, you will manage a live trading book, expressing macro and relative value views across spot and derivatives. This is a high-conviction seat for someone who combines strong market intuition with a deep understanding of risk and derivatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing a discretionary trading book
• Strong knowledge of crypto markets (BTC, ETH, majors) and crypto-linked equities
• Solid understanding of derivatives and Greeks , not just directional trading
• Quantitative mindset with disciplined risk management
• Ability to generate and execute high-conviction trades in fast-moving markets
