<span >Joining our Incident Management team, you will be pivotal in managing incident lifecycles and swiftly restoring services to their optimal state. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and transparency of our incident management processes.
Who You Are
Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrable experience in managing escalations, incidents, production issues, and communicating effectively with various teams and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of the ITIL incident response framework
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Practical experience with incident management tools
- Experience with monitoring and telemetry tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively for rapid resolution of technical incidents
- You are based in Argentina, Mexico, Brazil or Colombia.
What You Will Do
- Identify and address incidents in collaboration with Engineering and stakeholders, prioritizing according to urgency and impact
- Maintain proactive stakeholder communication, including timely escalation of high-risk incidents
- Guide the team in diagnosing issues and compiling comprehensive reports
- Enhance our operational procedures
- Facilitate post-incident reviews, reporting, and Production Operations meetings
- Persistently track and resolve all backlogged incidents
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and empower the team to make informed decisions
- Foster a feedback culture, provide strategic mentorship to team members, and drive their professional growth by aligning with our career map expectations
- Lead process optimization efforts, drawing from the career map's guidance to implement best practices that elevate our incident management to industry-leading standards
