We're looking for a dynamic Incubator Associate to lead our incubator program and foster the growth of innovative startups. At OnePiece Labs, you'll be at the forefront of managing exciting projects, from startup selection to spearheading training and mentorship initiatives.

About the Role

As an Incubator Associate, you'll be immersed in the Web3 ecosystem, identifying and fostering innovative projects with the potential to redefine user experiences through Web3 integration. You'll serve as a crucial conduit between projects, our company, and investors, tasked with analyzing projects' merits and challenges, orchestrating investor meetings, and ensuring smooth operation and collaboration within the incubator ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead our incubator program, providing support and guidance to startups.
• Spearheaded business development efforts to attract top-tier startups.
• Analyzing and selecting promising Web3 projects for incubation.
• Tracking and reporting on the progress and success metrics of incubated startups.
• Coordinating with project teams and investors to facilitate productive discussions and potential partnerships.
• Ensuring the smooth integration of incubator operations with overall company goals.
• Organize and execute impactful networking events and workshops.
• Engage with key industry players, building lasting relationships.
• Drive our content creation efforts, sharing valuable insights through blog posts.
• Involvement in creating and maintaining a vibrant community around the incubator through online platforms and social media.

• Proven experience in program management, event coordination, and content creation.

• Community engagement expertise, actively participating in and nurturing online and offline blockchain communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of program management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry, with a solid understanding of blockchain technologies and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Proven record of effective event management and community engagement in a professional setting.
• Strong communication skills can convey complex information clearly and persuasively across various platforms.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution, focusing on achieving business objectives in a tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability in investment analysis, providing insights and recommendations to guide decision-making in the Web3 space.
