Web3 Internal Communications Ops Manager (Remote)

Compensation: $50k - $80k estimated

What you’ll do:

  • Create compelling, global relevant content for the Bitfinex team that:

  • Helps embrace, manage, and adapt to change

  • Increases awareness of tools, resources, and information to be more effective

  • Drives understanding, alignment, and participation with major internal initiatives

  • Help to organize and develop our internal training programs

  • Develop and maintain library of always-relevant content that aligns to key associate messages

  • Drive adoption of current and new internal communications channels

  • Measure the success of internal communications and change management initiatives by surfacing trends and harnessing data for monthly reports

  • Provide recommendations and adjustments to the strategy, operations, and publication of content

  • Propose and execute innovative ways to drive association action and accountability across the business

  • Organize team building activities and events, both online and offline

<br/><br/>
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in an internal communications function

  • Innately curious with a mix of both creative and analytical skills

  • Experience leading, developing, and executing enterprise-wide and business-unit specific internal and change communications programs with multiple stakeholders including senior executives in a global, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to excel as a leader and individual contributor

  • Ability to create strong relationships with colleagues across the company

  • Ability to create outstanding presentations and training materials, including videos, documents and slides

  • Must have strong written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders

  • Self-motivation to continuously improve self and others

  • Exceptional collaboration skills with teams, coachable mindset, and a quick learner


Nice to have

  • Besides English, bilingual in Mandarin, Russian, Spanish or other languages
