What the day to day looks like:
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware portfolio for the overseas office, including desktop, laptop, telephone and server equipment;
- Support global networking infrastructure connecting US, HK, SG and China offices;
- Coordinate with tech vendors and head office to drive full-cycle infrastructure projects from planning to implementation;
- On-site hardware support for end-users;
Requirements
- Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background;
- Familiar with Windows/MAC OS, and a bonus with knowledge/ experience in Linux server maintenance;
- Knowledgeable in networking infrastructure including routers, switches and firewalls;
- Fluent Mandarin and English speaking and writing;
- Good communication skills.
