Web3 IT Operations and Systems Administrator (Remote)

RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Gary Vaynerchuk, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.

This IT Operations and Systems Administrator will be essential for supporting the continued growth and will provide plenty of opportunities for hands-on experience. The initial focus for this role will be to assist with the IT fundamentals in place, and then working on advancement (depending on interests).

What you will do at RECUR

• Support an all-Apple fleet distributed across the US
• Document and manage workloads in our ticketing system
• Identify ways to improve our processes and implement solutions
• Administer our corporate IT stack (Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace/EDR/AV)
• Administer applications used by the company (Slack, Zoom, Atlassian)
• Welcome users as they join or move about the company (onboarding and access requests)
• Partner with IT management to plan, prioritize and execute initiatives necessary to support the continued growth of the organization, which includes keeping our information and systems safe, secure and accessible

• Understand general networking (how WiFi works, DNS, IP Addresses, etc.)
• Have a variety of working IT experience with large and small companies
• Perform well when working both independently and as part of a team
• Posses 4+ years of IT support and/or system administration experience
