About the Opportunity:
The IT team is responsible for the hardware and software that Okcoin employees use on a daily basis to successfully do their jobs. The IT team also is responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding collaborating with HR. This also means supporting endpoint devices such as macOS, iOS and Android devices. In addition the IT Team helps support software as a service (SaaS) solutions like G Suite, Lark, Zoom, Jamf, Okta and more.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- macOS system deployment, configuration deployment, and management of Mac like (JamfPro) and roll out updates.
- Deploy laptops as part of onboarding/refreshes and off-board users collaborating with HR.
- Provide day-to-day remote support to employees via Lark Chat, Ticketing System.
- Deploy and retrieve computer hardware remotely by shipping.
- Document policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain internal infrastructure like (Atlassian, VMWare, VPNs, Active Directory)
- Administer Google Workspace, Google Apps environment.
- Manage SAML Single Sign-On IdP services (Google Identity, Okta)
What We Look For In You:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in IT support position
- Must have strong Mac knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Uses creativity and innovation to streamline processes and procedures
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of Jamf imaging and endpoint management systems
- Practical knowledge of Jira Service Desk
- Love for tech at work
- Asset Management Knowledge
- Automation Knowledge via API or Scripting
