Web3 Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As Junior Operations Manager you will:

• Work with the Organizational Development Guild to improve processes and productivity within the Marketing and Communications Team.
• Assist team in day-to-day administrative work.
• Ensure team expenditure records are kept up to date.
• Develop creative solutions to operational obstacles as well as contingency plans and fallback measures.
• Manage team subscriptions, including new requests, audits, and overall subscription process.
• Maintain quality control and consistency on internal processes and documentation.
• Coordinate team events.

Requirements:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in business operations.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high speed of execution in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Hands-on mentality and great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, docs, spreadsheets).
• English fluency.

Further Relevant Experience:

• Project management
• Budgeting and resourcing
• Interest or experience in blockchain technology.
