Blockdaemon is hiring a Web3 Learning & Development Program Manager

As the L&D Program Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences for all levels of new hires and existing employees across the organization.
Develop learning programs aimed at 1) accelerating effective ramp into role, 2) improving capabilities specific to future organizational growth and success, and 3) delivering knowledge and insights.
This role will require you to balance time between learning design and program management in support of our engineering and broader team.
The ideal candidate is an independent and curious self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage learning programs for large operations teams from the ground up, collaborate with partner teams and subject matter experts globally, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action. Learning design will cover a breadth of areas including functional ramp, cross-training, to continuous development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Content: Design, develop and deliver highly engaging, accessible, inclusive and effective learning programs for a variety of learning needs across the organization.
- Learning Asset Design: Design highly engaging learning assets, such as E-Learnings, self-paced assignments, assessments, job aids, teaching aids, multimedia visual aids, reference materials, etc. Create channels to implement learning solutions that are easy to access and consume.
- Delivery: Design and deliver training through self-paced learning, E-learning assets, traditional face to face Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT), blended/flipped classroom methodologies, etc. Use best practices in facilitation to deliver, or prepare others to deliver, learning solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business partners, customer-facing staff, and cross-functional groups, providing regular communications and updates. Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future business needs and contract for joint commitment on and learning plans.
- Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with global peers as well as individuals from other teams and identify areas to partner on cross-functional initiatives. Maintain a broad perspective to identify and evaluate opportunities that promote the value proposition of learning solutions and incorporate diverse perspectives into projects.
- Consultation: Consult with stakeholders within MCRE to brainstorm and provide insight to design and development of learning programs across MCRE and review content created by others to provide feedback and recommendations for optimal learning experiences.
- Core Audiences: The core audiences for these trainings can be newly hired customer service representatives, individual contributors in a variety of professional roles, and leadership/management throughout Global Support and Product Operations all located across global regions.
- Evaluation: Identify and clearly define success/outcome/ROI metrics for trainings and utilize for continuous improvement. These are to include quantitative metrics such as measured behavior changes and post training NPS scores as well as qualitative feedback garnered through post-training listening/feedback sessions.
- Global Programs: Maintain strong working knowledge of LinkedIn’s culture and values, MCS’s vision and mission, and the core competencies needed for individuals to be successful in their roles. Actively monitor and respond to business events/product changes that affect work.
- Travel may be required up to 10%-20% to LinkedIn sites nationally and internationally.
Skills and Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in L&D and leadership development roles
- 2+ years of experience developing and delivering educational content, content assessments, and instructional materials, or relevant experience
- 2+ years experience managing multiple projects
- Experience developing instructional courses – preferably for onboarding and soft skills programs in a customer operations organization
- Experience leading & facilitating an onboarding process
- Deep knowledge of adult learning principles to deliver large-scale manager or leadership development programs and interventions
- Has experience with design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Captivate, WalkMe etc.
- Familiarity with learning management systems such as Cornerstone
- Passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies to deliver effective training.
- Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment and equally enjoys working independently.

- Able to organize and prioritize across multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
